Outstanding results from the Inchcape Toyota Derby Business Centre Team


Attention to detail and great customer service are two things that have always been in abundance at Inchcape Derby Toyota.  

 

As part of the Inchcape PLC group, who’s aim it is to become the world’s most customer-centric automotive retail group, it’s no surprise that Inchcape Toyota Derby are leading the way. 

 

This was highlighted further when in the recent prestigious 2009 Toyota and Lexus Business awards, Derby didn’t just win an award, they were also nominated in five additional categories. 

 

The awards, voted for by senior Toyota and Lexus staff, took into account all UK Toyota business centres. 

 

The Inchcape Toyota Derby Business Team were nominated in the following catagories: 

 

 

  • Business Centre Administrator of the year 2009-Kelly Lyman
  • Business Centre of the Year 2009
  • Business Centre objective Achievement Award 2009
  • Business Centre LCV Highest Volume award 2009
  • Best service to direct invoicing accounts 2009 

 

 

The winning category was for the ‘Highest Business Centre Volume UK 2009’, which only goes to highlight the outstanding efforts of the Derby Toyota business centre team in a very challenging year. 

 

General Manager, Paul Raby said, “It really is the people who make the difference at Inchcape Toyota Derby”. 

 

“Adam Gregory and his Business team have been outstanding all year and to be win an award, whilst being nominated in so many categories says a lot about the effort that Adam and his staff have put in”.
